Remote Property Manager
We manage a growing portfolio of holiday villas and are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to oversee listing management and guest communication. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high-quality listings and delivering an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Listing Management
• Create, edit, and optimise property listings across online travel platforms
• Ensure all listing elements (descriptions, photos, amenities, pricing, and availability) are accurate and up to date
• Monitor competitor pricing and recommend adjustments to maintain visibility and maximise revenue
• Identify and resolve gaps or inconsistencies in listing content before they impact the guest experience
• Maintain accurate calendar synchronisation to avoid booking conflicts
2. Guest Communication
• Monitor and manage shared inboxes, responding to inquiries, pre-stay questions, and in-stay requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all communication is clear, polite, and aligned with company standards
• Escalate complex issues when necessary, providing concise and accurate summaries
• Maintain a log of recurring questions to support the development of standardised responses
Role Details
• Part-time, flexible schedule
• Expected workload: approximately 2–3 check-ins per day
• Working hours can be adjusted to ensure timely responses and smooth operations
Preferred Qualifications
• Understanding of short-term rental or property management operations (preferred)
• Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments
Requirements
• Experience in short-term rental management or hospitality (preferred)
• Familiarity with online booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com)
• Strong written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience with property management tools (e.g., channel managers) is a plus
