Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I need someone to provide me with a project plan in MS excel with all MS project features.
I have a 2000 line project plan in MS project with 10 workstreams
I have developed all dependencies and predecessors but now need to transport it and use it in excel, the features that I need are:
Tasks
- Predecessors and dependencies are in a column and linked to the tasks within the plan
- if I add a new dependency or predecessor in one task, it will impact the related tasks
- I want to be able to add a task in the plan and it changes all of the dependencies and predecessors assuming the plan moves down by a line
Visibility
- I want to have a line going vertically down the plan showing today’s date
- I want to be able to add % complete to tasks and it shows the bar in another colour
- I want to see critical path in another another colour and for the critical path to change if the durations differ
- I want to have a baseline start and end date for all tasks and to show slippage against the baseline - highlighted in another colour
The columns I would like to include are
1) WBS
2) task name
3) duration
4) % complete
5) baseline start
6) baseline end
7) actual start
8) actual end
9) critical milestone (free text box)
Reporting
- a tab per workstream which has a very basic set of information ....
- key deliverables - progress
- overall project % complete
- free text box
- workstream risks
The difference in quality of proposals will be someone who can demonstrate previous examples of work.
I am not looking for the cheapest solution, I want the best output as this is a piece of work needs to look very good in terms quality.
