Project Manager needed with agency/social media background

We need an experienced, dynamic, super-efficient, personable Project Manager to manage our growing social media client projects. Must be experienced with managing small teams, ensuring work and deliverables are executed smoothly and on time, that client's expectations and goals are being met and that everything is running and growing efficiently. Must be native English speaker or fluent in English, a people person, good with motivating team members, crisis management and be extremely organised. We use basecamp, so it's important that you have experience with basecamp as well as other project management and social media platforms, tools and software. Please provide examples of past projects that you have managed successfully as well as your experience specifically with the above. $100 monthly per project to start - we have 3 projects starting out but will grow from here.
