Experience Level: Intermediate
You will need to sign a non disclosure/ non compete agreement
This role is to be a "right royal pain in the bottom" getting things started / moving
things along , liaising back and forth between clients and candidates
Although you are a pain in the bottom no one minds because you are so charming and nice and positive
So you'll be seeing / driving ongoing assignments through from start to finish
All work is largely via telephone back and forth
Starting an assignment with a brief/ aka Operational Notes
This will provide important information
including timescales, objectives, contact information etc
Introducing yourself to clients candidates and others involved in the process
Getting interview ( meeting) dates, times and venues from clients
Agreeing those with the candidates
Going back to the client
Agreeing those dates
Confirming again with the candidates
Confirming via email
Dealing with the often circumstances
can't find each other
changes of time
and venue
Organising the client
Sorting situations
Getting candidates back on track
Confirming with texts and calls until solution
Making sure all ends tidied up
Everyone singing from same songsheet
Wishing candidates good luck before meeting
Making sure they have everything
Offering meeting tips and techniques
Wishing clients good luck before meeting
Making sure they have everything -ie candidate cv
Offering meeting tips and techniques
Updating the records/colleagues
Finding out from the candidate after the interview how it went
Compiling and sharing accurate records of the feedback
Going back to the client with ( approved) version of the feedback
Then
Arranging further meetings
Driving things again
