Professional but charming Call Answering

I need somebody reliable and efficient who can answer a small amount of daily telephone calls (not usually more than 10 a day) and take a message and email it to me. I may also require you to make calls on my behalf, again no more than 10 a day.

• You will have an excellent telephone manner, be professional but personable and charming

• Most importantly, you MUST be available between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

• Ability to quickly grasp a good understanding of by business (creative and marketing services) so that you can effectivley communicate with my callers.

I expect calls to be answered in my comapny name, so you will need to have caller ID so you know which calls are mine. I also expect to be charged per minute and invoiced monthly with a detailed log of all calls.
