Procurement Opportunity Generation

We are seeking support to generate a list of procurement opportunities related to our core capabilities, twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. Responsibilities include:
• Available 5 - 8 hours per week; This is an on-going assignment
• Monitor various procurement sites - certain sites will be checked twice a week, once a week or monthly
• From these sites, identify any posted opportunities that are aligned to our firm's capabilities and generate a list capturing key information on the opportunities
• Send the compiled list to us by close of business (5pm EST) both Monday and Thursday

We will provide:
• The list of sites to check, links, basic instructions on navigating the site and how often to check each site
• Detail into our core capabilities for your ability to generate a relevant list of opportunities
• A document detailing everything you will need to know for this project for ease of reference
