Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: Initially 2 weeks - could be more
We need someone UK based, preferably in the North;
To accept parcels - one per day is normal - these will be parts for our European and Worldwide customers.
To invoice all the customers on our computer system - usually five per day max - we have remote access
To place purchase orders with suppliers - two to three per day max - usually one for the UK customers and one to be delivered to you for non UK customers
To post products to Europe and Worldwide - usually around 2 - 3 per day - UK orders are usually posted direct from the factory.
It is usually busier on a Monday due to weekend orders.
All materials will be provided, labels, envelopes and postage float.
This will be around one hour of work per day. Parcels are usually delivered around 10:00am but it may differ at your location, you do not necessarily need to be in all day if you can leave clear instructions for the carrier.
The supplier orders need to be placed before 4:00pm, so this usually needs to be started around 3:00pm, so that orders delivered direct from the factory go out in time.
The products are small car parts; sensors, temperature sensors etc, nothing heavy!
Please let us know if you can help.
