Power Bi dashboard

I have a few worksheets and data sheets that I need to build a power bi dash board from, I need the dashboard to be interactive I need to be able to keep the same sheets tied to the dashboard so I can update the data to update the dashboards. . It can be a one pager or 2.

We have a people hurt list (worksheet - charts)- from here I need the dashboard to tell me how many people are company, how many were contractors, how many were injured in the morning, afternoon, time of day? How many injuries per body part - for this you can use a body diagram to show the most affected body parts. How many days since the last OSHA record able, how many days since the last first aid.

On the incident report (worksheet - incidents) sheet that pulls in the incidents recorded- how many near miss, first aids, OSHA's, need to show how many.

Lastly on in the first worksheet (employee's & contractors) I need to show the breakdown of employees, contractors and then chemical and refining how many for the month first aids, OSHA's, TRCF and TRIR for each month.

I need to know what visual templates were used for each one and how do I make changes if I need to.
