Office assistant

I have a list of people/companies, I need someone to contact them to introduce my company and get the necessary information to price for the particular project in question (I have this all as a list).

I would then like for a follow up email and information pack sent out in the post and all of this information to be recorded in a spreadsheet - date called, who spoke to, pack sent out, etc. (I have an example of what i've done previously).

I would prefer it to be done from my office in London E1, I will pay for travel expenses incurred.

Any questions or clarification please feel free to contact me, ideally would like to start on Tuesday morning 10th April after the Easter Bank Holiday.

Must be able to use a computer.
