Need somone to book viewings on properties

In need for someone to book viewings on 36 properties. An excel Sheet containing all the necessary information will be provided. 36 viewings need to be booked in correlation with a fixed time table on fixed date e.g

Require someone with english as their first language. Will entail people requesting to call back so will have to wait for confirmation. Organisation is key as people will call back and forth to confirm timings and dates alot, meaning you'll have to know exactly where on the excel sheet the timing confirmation will need to be entered.

Phone calls will go like this

Agent;Hi there 'abc agents' speaking how could i help?
PPH worker;Hi could i book a viewing on a/few properties you have (for sale/ to let)?

Now here there will be two scenarios;

One they can take the booking(for the time specified on the excel sheet)
Two they'd ask if they can call back (often as the person that deals with viewings is not there)

For scenario one:
Tell them the address of the property, type of property, viewing date, and the time (all of the data is in the excel sheet)

For scenario two: You arrange a time to speak with the person that deals with viewings. When you speak to the person who deals with viewings give him the necessary details ie address of the property, type of property, viewing date, and the time (all of the data is in the excel sheet)

TRY TO END THE PHONE CALL AT THIS POINT otherwise the following will be asked.

The agents may ask abit of details about the buyer this depends on if the property is 'for sale' or 'to let' (also specified in the excel sheet)

If the property is 'for sale' you should say

Im the pa of the buyer and him and his family are relocating from Dubai. They dont really have a budget its more on the property.

If the property is 'to let' you should say

I work for a corporate relocation agency, where we organise accommodation for Contractors working for local businesses.

Just to brief. All the pph worker has to do is book viewings on propertys aligning with the times given.
If the timings cannot be done as the agent is already booked just miss it out.

Job should take 2-2.5 hours. This has to be done by 4:00pm uk as agents will close after.
