NDA, Confidentiality/Business Partnership Agreement

I need an NDA, Confidentiality/business partnership agreement made.

I own a business, which is an educational course membership site. User signs up, gets instant access to 95% video content, downloads, resources etc. It’s a one time fee.

One of my members has approached me and asked if I would like to build an add on to the course in a similar field, but it’s a bit different. So we’ve decided to build an additional course at a separate fee, advertised through the existing website, at a 70/30 split in my favour.

I need an agreement, first which has a non disclosure element, since info will be shared with him about the current business and it’s operations as part of this new course being added, an agreement about the 70/30 split of revenue, and an agreement not to share any of the content we pass back and forth to one another with anyone else except us two, and members who have paid when it’s released
