Marketing materials

I am looking for marketing materials to recruit education staff for my supply teaching agency. This could be business cards, flyers or post-cards but I am open to suggestions from experienced marketers in this field. I also need material for parents/students looking for private tutors as this is also part of the services that I will provide.
