Legal Advice - Commercial Property Agreement Review

Solicitor or similar qualified legal advisor sought to review a Commercial Property Lease agreement as well as a one page schedule and rent deposit deed.

Experience of commercial property contracts and an understanding of statutes highly desirable.

I have experience of general contracts so looking for support in interpreting certain key clauses and their commercial application / implication. Main agreement document is 13 pages and appears to be based on a standard / template agreement.
