Lead generation for London

I need a list of 50 electrical companies and 50 plumbing companies. With at least 2 contact for each. So in total that 100 companies and 200 contacts. They must have an office based in London with contact details for the following decision makers:

Owner/ MD
Office managers
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Accountant
Project manager
Scheduled/ coordinator
Estimator
Administrator

I will need a contact name, phone number, direct email address (not generic company email), linked in profile (link) and company address for at least 2 people from each company (must have a title from the list above).

If only some of the requirements are met and not all, I will not be in a position to pay all of the agreed amount.

How long would it take to complete it?
