Landlord Phone Call Roleplay

Hey,

So right now, I'm looking for someone that I can have a roleplay phone call with, where they will play the role of a landlord that has a property available to be rented

And on that call, I will be pitching the idea of a airbnb business model, and then I will work to overcome all of the objections the landlord throws my way

The call itself will last up to 20 minutes tops!

The reason I want to do this is because I also train people on how to start an airbnb business, part of which involves approaching landlords and pitching them the offer

So i will be recording the phone call and using it as training materials

I'm looking for someone that has been or is a landlord in the UK, or someone that has real estate experience inside the UK
