I am a self-employed in the rapid prototyping field (3d printing, etc) individual who wants to expand and get investors interested through a short business proposal.
Brief description:
I am looking expand my existing workshop to approach a potential business investor to. In short the expertise will be mine the premises and assets would to be theirs. I will be responsible for the operation of the workshop, marketing and management. We are in process of negotiations and are discussing profit share model vs overhead. They are not very keen on paying me a salary, therefore I proposed invoicing for my time, plus a small profit share, to ensure a steady income for me. I would like these terms to be written in form of a short proposal no more than 1000 words to clarify my terms
