I need someone to Recruit Nurses and Market my Agency

General information for the business: We are nursing agency that recruit nurses and HCAs for NHS hospitals and private organisations

Description of support work: I am looking for someone who is able to source, screen and recruit nurses nationally e.g. Peteborough, Nottingham, Birmingham, Staffordshire and Stoke, Shrewsbury and Telford etc (I will provide more details as to the areas that I cover to the appointed person) You would be responsible for sourcing and making sure that the candidates you recruit are fully compliant and ready to start work. I will provide you with the information on what they need in order to become compliant - you will conduct telephone interviews - again I will provide you with the questions to ask. Also, when recruiting nurses, you must have a person with medical background in to sign them off e.g. a nurse. For this job, you will be paid per a fully compliant nurse who will actually take up shifts with us. I am able to block book the nurses into work (rate to be discussed with the successful person) .

I am also looking for a second person to source business on behalf of my company in care homes, residential homes, private hospitals and other healthcare organisations. Again the successful person will be paid per signed contract (rate to be discussed with the successful person) .

This job would suite a person who resides in UK due to the nature of the job.
Extra notes: This could be an ongoing job depending how well we work together.
