I need some serious leads

I came across your profile and noticed your experience working within the estate agency industry, which really caught my attention.

I run Energy Advice Consultants, a growing national EPC company. We have accredited assessors covering various areas across the UK, and we're now looking to build relationships with more estate and letting agents to generate regular EPC bookings.

We're looking for someone who can take a more experienced, targeted approach to contacting agencies, rather than simply making cold calls. Given your background in estate agency, I thought you might be a great fit.

We could provide a list of estate agents in a particular area to get started, but I'd also be interested in hearing how you would approach this yourself and what you think would work best.

Ideally, we'd like to start with a small trial in one area and, if successful, develop this into regular ongoing work as we expand.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on how you'd approach it and what you'd recommend as a good starting point.
