I need some admin help, marketing, finance help

I'm a freelance entrepreneur running several different businesses I want to consolidate into one.
I currently teach group exercise classes, yoga, Personal training and offer reflexology. I also am a distributor for Jeunesse selling anti-aging skincare and nutrition supplements. I'd like to consolidate this all into one business. This will need branding, a website design (already paid for just needs designing) pricing set, a timetable plan, leaflets and posters designed. Plus invoices generated at the end of each month and possibly a business plan and financial forecast. Not 100% sure of all that needs to be done but at the moment nothing is and I need some help. I would like to get all of this organised before Xmas ready to launch in January . Do you think you could help?
