Description of Business Development: We work on a transformation project for HR and we need to define/ describe/ investigate the aim of an HR digitization by answering a few simple questions:
What is HR digitalization?
Why companies need HR digitalization?
How will the transformation be done?
Who is responsible to drive the transformation process?

We are under pressure so any inputs are valuable.
Extra notes:
The research needs to authentic, not copy pasted from different online souses, and it needs to be referenced ( provided with the link of the original source)

    Hey there,
    It is really important for me that the report will be build without plagiarism, as it is going to be shared in the company.

    Around 5 to 7 pages will do just fine as long as is academic writing, with references from the sources you inspired yourself from (articles, webpages, books, etc)

    To give you some context, this small report is going to be part of a bigger paper covering the Standardization of HR practices using the Digital HR. So I am looking at how HR digitization (cloud solution, automation, etc) is improving the standardization of the processes/ practices used in HR department.

    Also, I need it asap, so maybe 4 to 5 days.

    That's fairly clear Dorian.

    I'm pretty versitile skills wise but have a professional background and so should be able to source the background reading and reporting to draw from.. I'll send you a bid now..
