I need a telephonist who can make calls for me to obtain data.

I have a number of clients who I need to collect data and forms from. I require someone who can make the calls on a weekly basis and collect the data which the needs to be inserted into a data base on One Drive and a form on SharePoint. There is also a Sign off form that I need from all clients and a call to obtain the form followed by forwarding it to another entity forms part of this contract. I am seeking a proposal price for this work which will be ongoing until the beginning of November. The clients are schools staff and Head Teachers who can be difficult to get hold of so a calm and patient approach to every client is required. I require a price for competing the task which is obtaining the data and or form as there may be times when you call and don't obtain the data and have to call back. You will have to make an initial call to each client to agree a set day and time to call for the data collection. To make the project work I would advise you make all call on one day probably a Wednesday but this needs to be in agreement with the client. The data collect call should last no more that one or two minutes. There could be a minimum of 10 calls but this will increase as I get more clients at the end of September. I am happy to receive a fixed price to a. make first call, B. collection of data calls of which there will be a 7 c. completion of the insertion on sharepoint and one drive. d sending and obtaining the Sign off form. or you can quote per minute.
