General information for the business: We are a new build residential property developer

Description of Business Development: Completion of a Private Rental Sector (PRS) Development Application

We currently have circa 12 acres of brown field development land in Trimsaran, Camarthenshire which is suitable for the Governments PRS Guarantee Scheme for developers.

Prior to making a formal outline planning application with the local planning authority, we wish to complete the pre-application form for this guarantee in order to enable a smooth transition throughout the application process.

If you are familiar with this document / type of scheme or have the business background to enable this task to be completed cost effectively with the up most accuracy, then we are able to provide a copy of the documents and the relevant basic information.

This project is specifically for someone who has the experience to / is able to "fill in the gaps". You must be able to take a proactive independent approach to this task as we will be relying on you to formulate, construct and complete the main body of the entire application with minimal input from us.
