    This is intended as a guide for me and my associates. In the future it might be used for raising finance, but not at this time.

    Hello George (although you also mention Roman, perhps one of them is your Adult name!). Is the purpose of writing the Plan to raise funding? Do you have numbers regarding expected subscribers, downloads expected? It's quite a specialised area where there may not be too much publicly accessable information

    At this moment it's not for raising money, it's for internal use. The expected average visits per day range in 10-50k, with a bigger goal in the future to hit 100k-500k visits a day.

    In terms of scope a standard plan for an SME would range from 10-20 pages and 1-3 years of financial projections. Would that type of document suit your purpose Roman?
