I need 5 email templates/email design created in Outlook

I need to create some email templates

I have created my versions but I have been told they look old fashioned and clunky and I do not know how to make them look modern and more appealing on the eye. Unfortunately it's not allowing me to upload the save email of what I created as it won't accept the save format saying not an accepted file type. So I have saved it in word but the formatting is a little off.

The content and order to remain as is, as too are the red, orange and green, as that appears to be the standard

The writing in purple is the information that will be changing, when new communications are being sent out, but obviously when being sent out will be in black.

The communications will need to be viewed easily in outlook via desktops, laptops, mobiles and tablets.

The templates are needed asap. Any questions please ask.
