HR Support Needed for UK Project

We are a specialist engineering team based in Brazil working on complex technology systems across finance, data infrastructure, and distributed platforms. We are currently starting a project with a UK-based client and need someone in the UK to help manage the hiring and HR coordination for a senior technical consultant.

Role

We are looking for an experienced HR / Recruitment lead to handle the process of finding, hiring, and managing the engagement of a senior technical consultant based in London who will represent the project locally.

This person will manage the recruitment process, coordinate contracts and onboarding, and help organise the ongoing HR and administrative side of the engagement.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit a senior technical consultant in London

Manage the interview and selection process

Help structure the consultant’s contract and engagement

Handle onboarding and HR coordination

Act as the HR point of contact during the project

Ensure the engagement runs smoothly from an HR and administrative perspective
