HR support

Ongoing HR support to assist with contracts, policies, ongoing advice, recruitment etc. Also to handle an internal grievance including investigation and hearing meeting. I would be happy to have some of the support via telephone or email but I want flexibility for someone to be available to come on site in South East London. the ability to get involved is also essential not justr advice but able to write letters on behalf of the business etc. i ideally want someone who is CIPD qualified, professional and approachable.
