Responsibility:
You will be responsible for checking in with each staff member on a 1-2-1 basis at least 2-3 times per week to ensure any challenges or road blocks they maybe facing are understood and highlighted (Team of 8)
You will be responsible for being the soundboard of the workforce to ensure the team are understood and we are always focused on creating win-win situations for them.
You will ensure all meetings with them are recorded and send to our minute taking assistant to transcribe and will complete a HR Report at the end of each meeting with them.
As HR Manager you will be responsible for helping the CEO to understand who is and isn’t in alignment with the company values, identify each person’s learning style so we can adapt accordingly, devise relevant recruitment questions and training for new starters and help to further refine and automate the recruitment process by working closely with the CEO to understand the company’s needs and wants and ensure personality profiling is done to the highest of standards so we can filter out any irrelevant applicants prior to a phone interview (stage 1 – recruitment process).
You will also be responsible for the hiring and recruiting of new team members (currently building the Marketing Department) and will be responsible for asking the CEO the relevant questions to ensure the correct Job Description, Roles, Responsibilities and recruitment process is adopted to ensure we attract the right applicants for the role as well as ensuring the interview and recruitment process is conducted to the highest of standards in alignment with the company expectations.
This role is initially for 5-10 hours per week, Mon-Fr and we expect the HR Manager to bring to the table experience, a drive to build a team culture in alignment with our values become a middle ground for the CEO and the workforce whilst putting in place structured work reviews, progress measurement.
