HR consultant/ employee management

Hi

I am looking for help preparing a coaching plan for several employee scenarios for an interview as part of a leadership exercise. The employees work in the UK in a blue chip company.

I envisage a 1-2 hour zoom meeting and review of plan hence some flexibility on price depending on experience and relevance.

I'm looking for someone who specialises in this area eg HR. and if they are available early evening today, tomorrow or the weekend.
