HR consultant

I am a freelance construction project manager working on mainly on contractor\'s side and due to growth of my business in the passed year will be moving into new offices in April and looking to hire staff. A full time assistant and a part time office administrator, I think.

I am looking for an HR consultant that will be able to advise me on the best employment strategies, inform on legal obligations, provide employment contracts and consequently help conduct yearly staff reviews an planning of this area of my business.

I am looking for someone to develop an on-going relationship, so please do not bid if you are in between jobs and freelancing is not something you are planning to do for next few years.

As this \'project\' is of a long term nature I realise it is not possible to set a fixed price, when placing your bid, please quote your approx. fees for the following:

- initial employment strategy review, advice
- providing slightly modified standard employment contract
- yearly fee for active management of HR, per employee (including 1 meeting in London); please list activities involved, as I am not sure of the scope
