I have a friend who needs advice on a formal disciplinary matter. She has only been given 48 hours, so first question is is that long enough?
Secondly to discuss the points outlined in the letter for the reason on this disciplinary. A copy of the letter can be scanned over.
Looking for a telephone meeting for about an hour of what can be done to fight the situation and also the the 48 hours notice given?
