Grievance/Disciplinary Procedures - review & comment

Have put together Grievance and Disciplinary procedures - 4 pages on each but prior to implementation would welcome an expert review/comment etc, particularly with regards use of unpaid volunteers and their inclusion or not within these procedures and others re procedures, timings etc. It may well be that they are acceptable - but a 2nd opinion would be appreciated. Would need confirmation of confidentiality with project offering. Ideally a consultant in the Liverpool/Southport areas would be preferred - although work from home but ease of meeting up if necessary preffered. Don\'t envisage this project being time consuming - hours really to review and comment is what would be needed. A background in HR and industry experience would be ideal.
