Glenigan and Barbour ABI tracking and telemarketing

I am looking for someone with a lot of experience in using Glenigan, Barbour ABI and Salesforce. I want to contact potential leads, send letters and basically convince architects, surveyors and clients to give us the opportunity to tender for work. Needless to say I require an English speaking UK operating hours person who can sell our services by all three types of media: telephone, email and post. It is my opinion that in our industry old fashioned approaches such as letters and phone calls provide more success.
