Get email addresses and follow up calls to Northwest England Prison governers

I have a word document with details of all the prisions in the Northwest of England. There are 16 prisons in total. I have the name of the governer but I need the email address so need someone to call and get the email address. I will then send an email and then it needs to be followed up with a phone call a week later to try to arrange for me to meet with the governer.

I run enterprise workshops with young people helping them to learn about business, enterprise in a fun and inspiring way. I want the prisons to agree to me delivering a programme with groups of young offenders who are near to release and it will form a part of their rehabilitation programme and hopefully minimise reoffending rates.

There are three parts to this job:

1. ring prisons, speak to reception for DIRECT email address of the governer (not the generic info one)
2. Read up on what our organisation does so you are familiar with what we are trying to sell.
3. Speak directly to the governer and sell the concept and then arrange for me to meet them.

I am looking for someone therefore with great phone presence. This could be a long-term arrangement for the right person as I am trying to infultrate many different groups.
