Fundraising Calls

Description: We are soliciting Canadian fitness club owners to become paying members of Fitness Industry Council of Canada (FIC). To achieve this goal, we are looking for someone who is fluent in English to call a targeted list of club owners on our behalf.

Using a provided script, you will identify the reason for your call and provide information about our not-for-profit organization.

This will include, who we are, what we do, and the benefits of contributing. Your main goal is to increase memberships to FIC by making fundraising calls. You may also set up follow-up calls for the executive director of FIC to discuss membership contributions, once you have made the introduction.

You will be paid monthly to make 400 telephone calls.

Requirements:

• Courteous and friendly telephone manner
• Must learn and become knowledgeable about Fitness Industry Council of Canada (FIC) from our website (FICDN.ca)
• Ability to follow a call-script
• Have your own calling plan, i.e. Skype, Calling Card etc. (We will not pay for the cost of calls)
• Must be able to take notes and provide summaries of all calls on the provided tracking log
• Update information as required, such as telephone numbers, contact names, emails, etc.
