Follow up enquiries for web design agency

Hi, i run a small but busy web design agency and dont have time to follow up leads that come in by phone.

I'm looking for someone i can work with on an ongoing basis that will be able to do the following,

Follow up customer customer enquiries via telephone in order to find out requirements and answer any questions they might have so i can put a quote together for them. I will supply some questions to ask etc.

After the phone call is complete i will need the details sent by email or entered in to an online form.

The amount of phone enquiries varies each week, but i wouldn't expect more than 2 hours per week would be required. I'd expect a weekly log detailing time spent.

Experience in the web design industry would be useful but not necessarily a requirement. Excellent and friendly telephone manner is a must.
