A Financial Model that includes the following:
5 Year forecast workbook
All Standard Reporting statements. Each statement to show a 5 year and per year summary, and the ability to 'excel un-group' a year to look at the data by month.
Ability to group / aungroup reporting statments to be able to drill down into operating costs etc
Clear detail on where I enter assumption and enter data into any tab - ideally all entry is on one or two pages only
Graphs - to be build as required as part of proposal
Share / Equity calculations
A clean and easy to navigate workbook
Ability to add staff costs with various equity share holdings
Ability to show possible dividend payment
Ability to show equity investor return rates
To show cost of product in line with the requirements as they develop.
Ability to show scenario analysis on one summary sheet based on adding in assumptions. (i.e. If I increased investment by £x, or increased sales per month by x%
To enable me to put all expenses in detail into one sheet and forecast by month. This is then summarised into a total Expense type that feeds into all the other worksheets
A quickbooks tab that is populated by the other worksheets and can be used to directly import into quickbooks premier 2013 without having to remap any fields.
