Finalise basic excel business plan

Information to be included in each chapter: m an entrepreneur and am developing a small taxi business similar to uber for 12 million people african city.

I have done an excel document that include all the anticipated revenu ( per taxi per day) with an addition of few more taxis every month over 12 month or plus. The 10 dollars revenue per taxi is the commission we will get from a taxi. It roughly represent 10 percent of his anticipated revenue but i think that it would be more realistic to really put 10 percent of the real revenue allowing the owner to keep a fair amount of money and us to make more money when the takxis generate more cash .
I am not an accountant and need someone correct the document and include taxation that is of +/- 30% of profit.
We also have a VAT system of 16 percent.
please let me know what can be done.
