Filemaker Pro12 jobsheet

Attached are PDFs of what the document set up should look like to be created in filemakerpro 12 for MAC OS when completed.

The numbers need to follow automatically with a financial year starting number and the job number which needs to be editable for each year

The date automatically too when adding a new job file but this and the job number need to be flexible to change manually

In view one we need a device for job live - green complete - blue invoiced - red and this has been shown as tic box but we can just colour the complete row and it only need to work this view

View 2 is the detail of the form and we need to be flexible to add more rows in both sections of chargeable time mark up. These need to also have easy editable % charges for the hours and the mark up as not always fixed. This will also apply to the VAT which is 20% at present but should this change we need to be able to change it
