Expert needed to set up Virtual Call Center

I need an expert to help me set up a Virtual (hosted) Call Center. You will need to do all the hard work, provide advice where to buy software from, phone numbers, install the software and monitorize the staff and fix any problems that may occur.
We will need to make outboud and receive inbound calls related to up to 5 services offered.
The employees will be working from different areas, but they will have a stable internet connection.
