Experienced Business Analyst, Project Management and HR Strategy

I am seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager with a strong focus on HR to provide ongoing support in project management, business analysis, and HR initiatives. This role requires an individual with a robust business background, adept at gathering relevant data and transforming ambitious objectives into actionable project plans. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in preparing high-quality documents, presentations, and outputs for senior stakeholders, including executives and board members. This initial part-time position has the potential to transition into a full-time role, encompassing topics such as shared services implementation and strategic HR initiatives.
The person needs to work in the background, supporting the Global Head of HR on all endeavors and ideally be his right hand.
