Enquiries and contact management

We are running a virtual office operation as part of our business model. We provide financial training in West Africa to stockbrokers, asset managers and some banks. We have been in business since 2003. We are looking for someone to manage our contact and inquiry calls (phone and fax). we are looking for someone located within the region - Lagos, Ghana or the Gambia. the person would handle all incoming inquiries such as product and service inquiries, take down messages and requests and forward them to us every day by email.
