English speaking person to contact potentiall clients with excel

Hi. Looking for English (Chinese will be benefit but not essential) literate person.
The job is:
1. Send some invitation emails to our potential clients to ask them to join our service.
2. Reply for there enquires
3. Fill up the spreadsheet after they send us a list of products you will have to put all data to the spreadsheets.

You don't have to sell anything and physically i have got ideas what to send to them to make them curious.
