Develop series of Behavioural Interview Questions and advise on Psychometrics

I'm looking for an experienced HR/Recruitment professional with expertise in developing behavioural interview questions. I'd like to develop a set of questions to standardise our recruitment interview for admin assistants and customer service reps to ensure that we are identifying people with the right attributes.

I'm also looking for someone with experience in psychometric testing that can advise on the various options available and help us select the best solution for our needs.

The budget for the project can be refined once we discuss the development process in more detail.
