Develop products and an online business

We have a car care company that operates a service based business here in Melbourne Australia. We also have a range of car care products that we would like to develop and have featured on a shopfy type of website. We would also like to take the opportunity of the car care products having a general type of business name and also integrate white labelled products and other high selling products into the website and online store aswell.
The right person will be able to speak with suppliers about the development of the car care range we have and also get it into a bottle, packaged with artwork, fully and legally registered and available domestically here in Australia but also abroad. The right candidate will also be able to advise. Develop and or hire to correctly set up future packaging and logistical channels so that the business has fully functioning operations that will work with minimal human interaction and input
