Develop As-Is and To-Be Business Process MAPS needed

We are a not for profit education organisation in the middle of transforming all our systems and before we make key decisions we need a professional high quality Macro Map and full business AS-IS AND TO-BE MAPS from a top experienced professional.

We do not have experience of making these and would need guidance and what information to give you in order for you to make them.

Once you have made them we would then expect you to coach us on how you have made them so we are able to make these in the future ourselves.

We would also want you to write up a basic business user case and guide us to write the rest. Any further information or mentoring and sample documents would be helpful ON THE FOLLOWING:
