Customer Service Specialist ( UK BASED)

My client is growing, within London and across the world! An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen for a home based Customer Service Specialist! However you will need to go into to the office twice a month ( The office is based in West London). The organisation is one of the biggest in the technology insurance market offering an opportunity that won't be found anywhere else.

What the job entails:
* Speaking with customers & clients whilst advising the best solution to deal with their queries
* Keeping records of queries and resolutions to update the technical knowledge base
* Updating the "self-help" documents so that consumers are able to fix problems themselves

What we're looking for:
* Experience within a customer service / call centre environment
* Logical thinker
* Fantastic communication skills is a must
* The ability to handle those difficult customers
* Previous experience with use of systems in order to provide on the spot support
* Superb analytical and problem solving skills
* A Minimum of 20hrs a week
