Customer Service Rockstar Wanted for a UK Digital Agency

General information for the business: We sell a range of services including content, graphic design and translation
Description of Business Development: As an Account Manager you will be the point of contact for a number of clients. Your responsibilities will be split between new and existing clients:

New Clients:

• Answering incoming sales inquiries (email and telephone)
• Capturing requirements
• Issuing quotes
• Creating new orders

Exiting Clients:

• Giving progress reports
• Monthly courtesy calls and reselling
• Working with the Project Manager to answer any questions

Requirements

Knowledge of SEO, online article writing, graphic design, Social Media is a bonus, but not required as full training and support will be provided.

• UK based and English as first language
• Articulate and confident
• Reliable, organised, driven and hard working
 
Compensation

Monthly compensation will be structured as follows:

• Basic pay: £negotiable
• Individual commission: 8% of individual sales
• Team commission: 3% of total sales

Estimated compensation after 3-6 months = £1500 to £2000 per month.
Commission applies to all sales (new and repeat orders).
Hours: 9am to 5pm - 5 days per week.
