Customer Service/Graphic Design

We are a UK print and marketing agency. We have a blue chip client launching a Swedish version of our successful UK marketing portal this month.

We are looking for a customer service person or customer service/graphic designer to act as our local contact, working with customers, taking their enquiry forms and either working with our UK design team to create the end result, or if you are a designer, doing the design and working with customer to approval stage then submitting files to us for production.

Translation only - taking Swedish language enquiry forms and translating for submission to our graphic design team. Subsequent proof reading of content. Liaising with customers and UK production staff to print and deliver.

Translation/Design - taking Swedish language enquiry form and preparing graphic design of drinks menus and point of sale. Liaising with customers and UK production staff to print and deliver.
