Customer Service Agent for Zoho CRM

I require a remote Customer Service Agent to join my team and assist with client work on Zoho CRM and other associated services.

Initially 6 hours per month retained contract (please provide hourly rate in proposal)

All communications with the client to be managed via Zoho Support Portal and in most cases will be online communications i.e. email and chat. Access will be provided.

Hours to be tracked accurately in Zoho Support Portal against Tasks completed.

Tasks will be to assist clients remotely with the following :

• Zoho CRM Customisations
• Data Cleanse and Imports
• Module Customisation
• Integrations with other Zoho Products
• Custom Module Design
• Migration from other CRMs
• Integration with Zapier to other Cloud Services
• General Zoho help and advice
• Contribute to Knowledge Base for fixes and FAQs

In your proposal, please rate your expertise against each of the bullet points above from 1 (No Experience) to 5 (Expert)

Any unused hours would be rolled over to the following month. Any additional hours will be paid in arrears but must be agreed in advance.

You will be expected to work within the company security policy at all times.

Most communications will be online (email, chat etc.) and task-specific as I manage the client relationships directly. It’s essential to have good written English skills.

The contract will repeat monthly but can be terminated at any time by either party.
