Customer And Tech Support For Affiliate Program

We have a an affiliate program with cj.com and shareasale.com and need help full time to answer the variety of emails that come in, to run reports, coach affiliates, cancel affiliates who are doing fraud and many other related activities. As part of this, finding new affiliates and trying to get new business relationships going is key.

All activities are nicely organized with instructions to follow.

We are looking for someone who:

1) Ideally has done affiliate support or affiliate marketing themselves
2) Is a long term person (we need someone to start and work long term and grow with our company) since training takes some time
3) Has a good eye for design and can give tips to the various affiliates to improve their wording on their websites and design to improve quality
4) Is extremely detail oriented, has perfect written English, and likes internet marketing in general
5) Is a good documentor - we like what is done per activity to be documented
6) If you have experience managing other people, that is great and we are looking for that
